Job description:
1. To lead the team to complete the research planning service work of entrusted projects, and develop the related project planning documents;
2. To provide staff with instructional planning ideas, and guide planning personnel’s work;
3. To hold professional skill training for planning personnel, focus on skills upgrading, and give technical support;
4. To supervise the quality of report contents completed by the team and give amendments, and adjust the report research and planning mode and writing methods according to the project requirements and changes, and improve the quality of reporting services;
5. To assist the head of the department to give business guidance and hold training for the team members, and constantly improve the company’s research and planning system;
6. To assist the head of the department to establish information on the market, competitors, and customers;
7. To coordinate the relationship between developers and other departments of the company, and promote the implementation of related work.
Qualifications:
1. To have good language communication skill, planning organization, communication and coordination ability, good innovation consciousness and market forward-looking vision;
2. To dependably respect work, have the courage to bear the pressure and challenges, and good team cooperation spirit;
3. To have good oral English ability, and be familiar with all kinds of office software;
4. To be capable to adapt to travel for a short to medium term;
5. To have relevant working experience in commercial real estate research, planning, management, and consultation for 5 years or above;
6. To have experience in the whole process of planning and operation of more than five well-known real estate projects (commercial retail and real estate).
