First flagship store of Xingkong Piano stationed in Shanghai Parkside Plaza


The first flagship store of Xingkong Piano opened in Shanghai Parkside Plaza, T&C’s operational project. It is Xingkong’s 25th shop in China with two floors covering 400 square meters. Basic music classroom was also unveiled. The opening also marks the first step to create an exquisite experience for customers and Xingkong Piano remains the first store opened in Parkside Plaza in the new year. 

Xingkong Piano is a brand introduced by T&C after its team stationed in Parkside Plaza in July 2014. T&C promotes the project from the following three aspects: firstly, putting forward the concept of U.A.M., namely, the business environment brand improvement increases public space utilization and reasonable division and delayed consumption of shops; secondly, re-setting renewed business standard, to leave a reasonable space for ensuring the implementation of repositioning planning (either from choice of the brand, rent, and shops); and thirdly, making adjustment around the planning and positioning scheme and based on the format distribution, brand level, brand awareness, effective rents and other factors.

Fruitful achievements have been made after efforts of several months. By the end of 2014, T&C investment attraction team has signed with a total of 38 brands, successfully leased the project’s originally vacant F3 and F4 non-investment best floors of over 7,000 square meters, and introduced a number of brands for the project. Compared with the original rent budget, the average rent growth rate reached 35%. The rent of part of the shops increased by 1.5 times, and occupancy rate increased by 15%.
